The main challenge was to design a crypto banking experience that combines the flexibility of digital assets with the reliability and clarity of traditional finance. Many crypto apps feel overloaded, complex, and technically-oriented, which creates fear and friction for new users and slows adoption. The goal was to create a product that feels trustworthy, easy to understand, and safe to use — while still supporting advanced crypto scenarios and power-user behavior.

The final solution delivered a structured and intuitive product experience with a strong and consistent design language. Users reported higher confidence in performing crypto operations, better understanding of actions and risks, and a feeling of safety similar to traditional banking products.
The product received a distinct and recognisable visual identity, improved clarity of core flows, and a user experience that supports both beginners and advanced crypto users.
