MTB Bank
Redesign. Strengthened visual identity, improved usability of key flows, increased user trust and overall product perception
00

problem
The bank team had a strong development background, however the product design language felt generic and fragmented. The application lacked a distinct visual identity and clear user flows, which created the risk of blending into the competitive market and reducing user trust and engagement
solution
We conducted a UX review and a series of user interviews to better understand user behavior, expectations, and pain points. Based on the insights, we developed a redesign concept and re-worked the core application flows to make the experience more intuitive, emotionally engaging, and consistent with the new visual language of the product
As a result of the redesign and user-driven improvements, MTB gained a recognisable and consistent design language. The application became easier to navigate, more emotionally engaging, and better aligned with user expectations — helping the product stand out among competitors
